You can use our Prediction section or consult with our experts. We recommend gemstones based on your birth date, kundali analysis, or specific life intentions like love, career, health, and protection.
Are your gemstones authentic and energised?
Yes. All our gemstones are 100% natural, lab-tested, and energised with positive intention before shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders within India are delivered in 5 to 7 business days. Major cities usually receive it in 4 to 6 days, while remote areas may take 7 to 10 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from the My Orders page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.
Returns & Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order only before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange unused products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition with proper packaging. Unboxing video is required for return approval.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately at pkdasgems@gmail.com with photos and an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund quickly.

Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store any card or UPI details on our servers.
