We follow a clear and strict refund and return policy. Please read all terms carefully before placing your order.

No Refund After Pickup or Processing

Once your shipment enters the processing stage, refund requests will not be accepted.

Important: Once the package is collected by our courier partner, no refund will be processed.

Refund or return requests can be raised directly from your account only after the order is successfully delivered.

At the time of delivery, it is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
The unboxing video must clearly show:
- Package condition before opening
- AWB / Shipping label
- Full unboxing process without cuts or edits
- Product condition after opening
After your order status changes to Delivered, a "Return / Refund Request" option will automatically appear inside your Order Details page.
Click on the "Return / Refund" option and submit:
- Proper reason for return/refund request
- Clear unboxing video
- Bank account details for refund processing
Our team will verify the request and process it within 5 to 7 business days.

Important: Return or refund requests without a clear unboxing video or with an invalid reason may be rejected after review.

Return of physical items is processed as per our 7-day return policy
Reverse pickup can be scheduled within 2 to 3 business days after approval
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days
Return request must be submitted with valid reason and unboxing video
